You may or may not agree with what you’ll find here. When I first heard about the raw food diet I was skeptical; I honestly didn’t think that anyone could survive on it. I was wrong.

I knew I was sick but didn’t know how sick until I started making changes. I started to feel so much better. I still craved the old foods and many times gave in to temptation. Every time I did so I realized how sluggish I felt.

I have experienced the miracle of raw food, and will do everything I can to continue in this diet and help spread the word.
