Avoid Junk Food & Save Money On Groceries
Junk food has its correct label, it is good for nothing. It does not provide the body with any nutrients whatsoever. One may feel full and satisfied after consuming it, but really it does not satisfy hunger, for an hour later one is hungry again.
But not only does it not provide any nutrients, but now the body has to use the nutrients from other foods, just to eliminate the junk food from our bodies. So now we need even more fruits and vegetables than we would if we had not eaten the junk food.
So why should we waste our money on this kind of junk food; it just makes us eat more, and more, and can get very costly overtime.
I hear people say, “But eating healthy foods is so expensive”, but I wish I could make them see how expensive junk food really is, then they would think twice about making those kind of excuses.
The main reason we continue to eat junk foods is because they are so addictive. But we can stop eating them just by eating more fruits and vegetables, this will help to slowly wean us off the junk food cravings. Making small changes every day to eat more raw foods, and sticking to them, will eventually lead to a 100% raw diet.
