Natural Treatments For Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer is formed in the cells on the surface of the cervix. The cervix is located in the pelvic area and is the lower part of the uterus which connects the uterus to the birth canal. Cervical cancer is a form of uterine cancer, and is a slow-growing malignant cancer.

Cervical cancer is mainly caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) which is spread through sexual contact. This virus can live in the body for many years before any cancer is formed, and in some cases the cancer never forms. The reason the cancer does not form in some individuals who have the virus, is because they have a healthy lifestyle and a strong immune system.

So by building a strong immune system, one can prevent this cancer from forming. To build a healthy immune system one must consume a healthy diet. Animal proteins should be avoided, this includes all meat, dairy, and poultry. Processed foods, refined sugars, and most cooked foods should be eliminated from the diet.

Then we need to add in the good stuff like lots of fruits and vegetables, herbs, nuts and seeds. Freshly squeezed fruit juices are also essential in helping to build a strong immune system.

But what if cancer has already formed, is there still a way to be healed naturally? Absolutely. Botanical and Chinese medicines have been very effective in treating and curing cancer.

There are also home remedies which can be taken at home. Some of them include:

Dandelion: Take the dandelion roots and allow them to dry, then crush them into a fine powder. Take 1 tsp of the powder and boil it in one cup of water. Sieve, and drink this once every day.

Brazilian Pepper: Boil 5-8 in 1 cup of water for about 30 minutes, strain and drink the extract two times every day.

Ethiopian Pepper: Consume about one half of a cup two times every day.

Korean Pepper: Take the leaves and allow them to dry, then crush them into a fine powder. Take 1 tsp of the powder and boil in one cup of water. Sieve, and drink two times every day.

Graviola: Crush and extract the pulp, and take 100gr. of this extract three times every day.

Indian Mulberry: Simply boil 5-8 of these berries in 1 cup of water for 30 minutes, strain and drink the extract two times every day.

Bitter gourd: Extract and drink 1 tbsp of this juice two times every day.

Spearmint: Simply boil 10-12 leaves in a cup of water and drink it once every day.

Other natural remedies include the use of Burr Marigold, Wolfberry, Brazil nuts, Luffah, Cat’s Claw, Neem Leaves and Neem Flowers, Muskmelon, Pine pollen, Rosemary, Ginkgo, Saffron, and Artichoke.

If one can be healed using these remedies, then one can also prevent the cancer from occurring in the first place, just by making them a part of the diet.

Avoid Junk Food & Save Money On Groceries

Junk food has its correct label, it is good for nothing. It does not provide the body with any nutrients whatsoever. One may feel full and satisfied after consuming it, but really it does not satisfy hunger, for an hour later one is hungry again.

But not only does it not provide any nutrients, but now the body has to use the nutrients from other foods, just to eliminate the junk food from our bodies. So now we need even more fruits and vegetables than we would if we had not eaten the junk food.

So why should we waste our money on this kind of junk food; it just makes us eat more, and more, and can get very costly overtime.

I hear people say, “But eating healthy foods is so expensive”, but I wish I could make them see how expensive junk food really is, then they would think twice about making those kind of excuses.

The main reason we continue to eat junk foods is because they are so addictive. But we can stop eating them just by eating more fruits and vegetables, this will help to slowly wean us off the junk food cravings. Making small changes every day to eat more raw foods, and sticking to them, will eventually lead to a 100% raw diet.

The FDA

The FDA’s main purpose should be to be a representative of the people, to protect them from harmful products, medicines, and foods, but they have failed miserably. They have a completely different agenda.

They think they are above the law, and don’t have to respond to anyone. They make their own rules as they go, approving drugs that are not safe, and shutting people down who are using natural remedies which have proven themselves to be safe and effective for years.

It really makes you wonder what they are trying to do. Whatever it is they are using the doctors and pharmaceutical companies to carry out their plans.

But even though there is all that bad information about them, they still do some good here and there. Here is a story of how they confiscated food from a restaurant supplier who did not meet sanitary requirements.

What Causes Body Odor

Medical professionals would like us all to believe that body odor is natural by developing a scenario as to what causes foul body odor. They claim that body odor is caused by the breaking down of sweat when it comes in contact with the bacteria living on the skin.

But if we think about it for just a few seconds we can quickly conclude that this theory hardly makes sense. There is bacteria living on the skin all over the body, but the sweat pouring down the face is not at all offensive compared to what comes out of the armpits.

The reason the sweat coming from your face is different is because it comes from a different sweat gland. Medical professionals do admit to this, but they will not admit to the real cause of the body odor coming from the armpits.

The sweat which comes off of your face is high in salt, where as the sweat coming from your armpits is high in protein, and according to medical professionals this is normal.

But when we think about it with half a mind we can figure out that this is the protein which comes from the meat that we eat.  So if we can eliminate the animal proteins from our diet, along with all other toxic foods, then we can eliminate body odor.

It really is that simple. What goes into our bodies eventually must come out, and if we put in dead food, then guess what we won’t smell very fresh when it comes out.

Nuts For Weight Loss

Nuts are a great way to fill up and still lose weight. Raw nuts are extremely healthy for you because they contain all the essential oils the body needs, plus they are high in protein…(the good kind) and they have a lot of essential vitamins and other nutrients.

If you are planning on making nuts a part of your daily diet then you might also want to add more raw fruits and vegetables. The fruits and vegetables work together with the nuts to clean out your body, and restore it back to health.

The reason you should eat the fruits and veggies raw is because they have more nutrition when they are raw. As soon as heat is applied they begin to loose a lot of their essential nutrients.

So eat raw as much as you can because this is by far the most healthiest way to loose weight, get back into shape, or just to feel healthier.

What are your New Years Resolutions?

So what are your new years resolutions?

I have made several, and one of them is to eat healthier. For several years now I have been aiming to be on a strict raw food diet….but it still has not happened yet. I’ve come a long way though, and I’m making it my #1 goal to be raw by the end of this year. (my fingers are crossed)

I also want to be more conscious when it comes to the environment. If I can stick to a raw diet then I won’t be buying packaged, or processed food, so that is good.

I began to grow my own patio garden last summer, and I plan to continue again this summer

I also don’t want to drive anymore unless I absolutely have to.
